Love is an energy that does not exist in the same frequency as pressure. Pressure – or force – is a dense energetic experience. Eventually it may lead to an opening for love to flow, but often allowing the love and expressing the love that wants to be expressed, is a more harmonious solution.
Pressure comes in many forms. Pressure to fit in, pressure to succeed, pressure to win, pressure to measure up, pressure to stay young, pressure to mature, pressure to be a perfect parent. Pressure to perform and prove oneself is a constant deluge within the human experience. There are many reasons for this human experience, and we see that it causes a disproportionate amount of suffering, especially in the more “modernized” and technologically “advanced” societies.
Many are seeking relief from this swell of pressure. Some seek to relieve themselves through substances which numb them. Some seek to engage in a multitude of behaviors, seeking a temporary distraction. Some seek to gain greater power – hoping that by doing so, they can transfer this pressure to others.
And then there are those who are tapping into the only natural and everlasting avenue to relieve this outward pressure…going within. They are finding what the sages and masters have known to be true for eons – that relief and true peace can always be accessed within.
Going within, spending time in quiet and solitude is akin to finding the valve to release the pressure build-up and releasing the steam. Going within allows the release on a steady basis, thus preventing the inevitable “burst” of that dense energy in a damaging or harmful way. It prevents this pressurized release or outburst, from negatively impacting others as well. We ask you to envision a volcano here. The damage that an eruption of built-up and repressed energy has is similar and can have a catastrophic outcome. Why spew your discord and inner disharmony onto innocent bystanders? This is irresponsible and you are masters! Master your emotions and go within – daily if possible – and you will prevent the repercussions that a build-up of pressure can manifest.
The more effort placed on seeking the truth of who you are within – a perfect, divine being – the less outwardly pressure will affect you. The more at ease you are within, the more ease you bring to your outer world. Your interactions with others will be more mindful as well. You will be immune to peer pressure of any kind because you will come to understand that there is no need to measure up in the eyes of God, in the energy of love. In this energy, pressure and comparison do not exist.
The added benefit of going within, is that you optimize all facets of your being. You bring clarity to the mind, peace to the spirit and you strengthen the molecular structure of the body as well. So naturally this results in the opportunity for your vessel to perform at its peak ability level. Then you truly radiate the perfection that is you! Others will respond positively to this radiance and you impact them through your example. The question, “How can I have what she has?” may present itself. And when it does, you need only continue to stand strong in your power as peaceful self and if asked, you share your knowledge. Though by taking responsibility for one’s own energetic blueprint, one may not need to speak about it at all. Others will feel it and naturally want to align with that same sense of calm and steadiness they observe. So, no pressure on that end either!
Namaste. Peace, ease and zero pressure in your day!
