The access point to a state of peace in any given moment is the heart. The breath is the tool to assist in this access. Breathing deeply calms the nervous system and allows the natural flow of prana to balance the entire physiological system. There are a number of varied breathing techniques and practices one can use to support the innate desire for peace. These practices can support the body in experiencing flow and ease within, no matter what is being presented in the outer world. The practice of conscious breath allows for the pause that is often necessary to disrupt thoughts that emerge which may take one into a place of looping, anxious patterns. Utilize this natural gateway to inner peace throughout the day. It only takes a minute of focus to clear the channel to the peace that is always available within.
